Marcel Miura Registered Physiotherapist

Marcel Miura is a physiotherapist with a distinctive approach that has made him the go-to expert for patients who haven’t found relief with standard therapy methods. Originally from Brazil, Marcel graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in 2008 and became a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada in 2016.

Marcel’s practice is distinguished by his use of Fascial Counterstrain, a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that addresses the body’s interconnected systems. This approach has attracted high-profile clients, including professional athletes and celebrities in pain and discomfort, to come under his care.

In addition to Fascial Counterstrain, Marcel integrates Dry Needling, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neuromeningeal Manipulation and Muscle Energy Technique into his treatment plans, further enhancing his ability to cater to the specific needs of each client.
